Makeup product that I hate the most is actually foundation. I've tried various kinds of foundation and cc cream, starting from local foundation to high end, nothing makes me happy to use it again. Finally, I found a light CC cream, has SPF 35 PA +++, does not contain fragrance or essential oils in it. This Supergoop CC cream has 47ml of size, quite a lot compared to foundation which normally has only 30ml. Since I don't like full coverage, that makes me tempted to buy it even more.
In my opinion, although its name is CC cream, this product gives results like BB cream but with a mild feeling like CC cream.
Some people say they don't like the light coverage of this CC cream, but for me this product can be coated without making it cakey. I don't understand how thick the person wants to use a foundation, hehe.
This CC cream gives semi-matte finish to my oily skin type. At midday, this CC cream still stays in tack even though my face has appeared oil and is still good even though I have patted my face with tissue.
I have a yellow undertone with medium skin type, basically I'm Asian and not white 👀. Initially I bought a medium shade which turned out to be too dark on my face. This brand should have labeled this product in medium / dark.
Supergoop has only 4 shades of this CC cream. Just because I really like the texture and finish look of its, so I tried to buy another one in Light / medium shade. Although I was a little afraid of the shade would be to light for me and many white or pale complexion used this shade. Apparently I was wrong, this shade is more matched my skin tone. It's Weird, I don't know why, but whatever.
